• Is Fumigation Always Required?
  No, every case is different and only after a complete and detailed inspection is completed we would be able to recommend you a customized solution. Many times there are localized treatment options that can be performed in lieu of fumigation that still achieve complete erradication of the targeted pests.
• How long does the fumigation process thakes?
  Fumigation is a three day process. This is stated on the California Areation Plan which is followed by all Fumigation Companies in California.
• What guarantee is included with your services?
  Some of our services include an up to 5 year guarantee. You will be able to find the exact guarantee time in your termite report. This will vary from 1 year yo 5 years.
• Are your inspections really free?
  Yes! For most of our customers the termite inspections are free of charge. However, there is a limit to the amount of free inspections you can recieve. There is also a certification fee, which is only applied if certification is required.
• What areas do you service?
  We service the greater San Diego County area. From San Ysidro to Oceanside, Fallbrook to Ramona and Alpine.
